Annoying
Der Regisseur Zoran Maslic begleitet die beiden Musiker Chad und Grant, sowie Grants Freundin Lucie einen Sommer lang und dokumentiert ihr Leben voller Spaß, Verzweiflung und Hoffnung.
Grant und sein Freund Chad gründen begeistert das Folkpunk Duo Annoying (Lucie spielt selbst nicht in der Band schreibt aber einige ihrer Texte). Die Menschen aus ihrem Umfeld, eine Gruppe von Punks « dirty kids » und Aussenseitern, lieben ihre Musik. Doch irgend etwas plagt Chad, der ständig einfach verschwindet. Grant versucht indes alles zusammenzuhalten, während er mit seinen eigenen Traumata zu kämpfen hat. Doch die Schatten die ihn verfolgen sind weit älter als er. Grant ist amerikanischer Ureinwohner.
Bei all seinen Problemen hilft ihm seine Liebe zu Lucie. Sie sind ein gutes Paar, doch bald werden sie obdachlos was zu noch mehr Alkohol und Drogen führt. Grant hofft vom Heroin loszukommen und widmet sich ganz der Musik, er treibt das Projekt Annoying voran.

Trying to escape their demons, two musicians and a beautiful girl push themselves to the edge during a summer of fun, desperation and hope.
Grant is enthusiastic about folk punk duo Annoying that he started with his friend Chad and his girlfriend Lucie. People in their circles of misfits, « dirty kids » and train hoppers, love their songs. Something is torturing Chad and he constantly disappears. Grant is trying to pull things together while fighting shadows of his own traumas, but some of those « shadows » are centuries older than him. He is a Native American.
It helps that he loves Lucie and that she loves him back. They are a good couple. Soon, they become homeless. It leads to more drinking and drugs. Grant hopes to quit heroin and dedicate himself to music, he is driven by the idea of Annoying.
